After such an amazing week, Woofs and Meows decided to take the dogs booked in for the day on a socialising treat to Derwent River. On this walk, we had Alfie, Rey, Timmy and Tyson. Rey; being the only female dog on the walk, had never been on a group walk with us before, so this was a little surprise for her, and a great chance for us to see how she got on with our other dogs!
Alfie, Timmy and Tyson absolutely loved having Rey on their walk, as it allowed them to meet another dog, and to get to know someone a little different. From the moment she jumped in the car (Where the other dogs were waiting), they were getting to know who she was by her scent, sounds and loving aura that she gives off.
The boys enjoyed an hour running around and chasing Rey as they ran down the rivers edge towards the wooded footpaths. Here, we let the dogs really go to town chasing each other and playing with sticks- as there was no one around to disrupt their fun.
